Today, Tiffany and I decided to move up our Activity Walk from Sunday to Saturday as we are scheduled to workout for our 219th Coach under the orange lights tomorrow morning.

We usually don't like to skip a HIIT workout, but we have made it a strict routine beginning this year during our reset to workout 5 days a week, rest one day and an Acitivity Walk each week. This was our formula for many years until challenges came hard at us and we couldn't find our footing to get back into what we know best.

I can tell you, I'm feeling so much better and I'm approaching my goals for the New Year a lot faster than I anticipated, but I will stick to what's working at the moment and take things day by day. It's what we do as HIVERS - Am I Right?

One of my favorite spots here in Central Florida is Winter Garden and WEST ORANGE TRAIL is a perfect spot to get a long walk surrounded by tons of nature forward sceneries, a lot of active folks walking, running, riding bikes and near a lot of places to shop and eat.

As you can see from the photos that the weather was exceptional. When we left the house the temerature was between 55 and 60 degrees and it probably went as high as 70 during the walk if that. I mean it was awesome.

The photo before Tiffany and me is a rock sculpture of a gator was a nice surprise.

Put my iPhone 14 to extra use today and the reason for the visit to Winter Garden, we walked a straight path and back accumulating almost five miles during our activity walk. Now we rest for tomorrow's HIIT burn!

I bet that would have been a great journey with so many steps! Do you use @actifit at all? My iPhone is put to work counting rewarding steps as well.

Of course Zeke I used @actifit :-) it's on of the very first dApps I used on the HIVE blockchain. I actually followed up my LikeTu post with an Actifit post regarding yesterday's walk.
