Ocean Healer on a Fire type Dragon-inspired Outift! 🔥

For today's art, I wanted to create an outfit for Ocean Healer inspired by Fire type Dragon. And hey, I heard the sale of starter packs is coming soon, and of course we got a lot of updates. 😊 You may want to check it here.

Art Process

I wanted to make a cute tube top and a fire skirt for Ocean Healer. 😊 A little edgy for the skirt giving it a belt and a side accessory. I added the horn and the seashells for the hair accesories.

Next is applying the base color, all borrowed to the two characters with a slight adjustment of the saturation. In the next frame, I clipped a layer, for the soft shadows of the hair, and skin giving a soft blush. I just manually drew the fire design on the skirt using a cell brush.

I applied darker shades using a multiply layer to give some darker depths to the jacket and skirt. I usually go for dark purple or red shades.

Final Art

For the background, I chose a gradient of blush pink. By copying the folder of every layer, and merging, I created a shadow locking it on alpha and colored it black. Sorry, I sound alien here to some people, but you can approach me to know how I did the background shadow if you are interested, hehe. 😁Lastly, masking on top with a textured image to get the grainy finish.
