Work on oneself: letter from my mother

These words have a great weight for everyone because every day is to improve and advance, we can all do it but of course the work is not easy but it is not impossible just have to have desire and enthusiasm, there are many ways to do it, reading self-help books, There are many ways but there is only one and that only depends on ourselves and that is to take the first step which is always the hardest to take but if you can I always try to learn something new and different, I ask my daughters or friends to have several points of view and thus make the best choice but I do not stop I keep moving forward even at my age and as the saying goes it is never too late to learn, when working on oneself we also do something that at first we do not realize and that is to be inspiration for others because there are people who want to improve or change but do not know how to do it and are inspired by others that is something very important when with your continuous and personal improvement you are inspiration for others if you can not do it on your own seek help support from others.

If you can't do it on your own look for help and lean on those who are in constant improvement and always working on themselves to be better those people know how hard it was for them to do it and they will know how to help and support you so you can do it remember to work on yourself is to be constant and perseverant and it is to do it every day.
