Día de entrenamiento! || Training Day!

Hoy en la oficina salió en tema: "Hoy entrenemos en el Gym" y un compañero fanático del entrenamiento dijo "Vamos!".

Today in the office the topic came up: "Today let's train at the Gym" and a fellow training fanatic said "Let's go!".

En ese momento le dije: Vamos y nos entrenas, ¿Te parece?, eso es lo mejor que le pude haber dicho!, inmediatamente dijo: ya tengo la rutina. Hoy por la tarde decidimos invitar a dos amigas mas para entrenar juntos ya que se pone muy divertido sobretodo en la sala de baile del Gym (Yo solo veo desde detras del vidrio).

At that moment I told him: Let's go and train us, do you think? That's the best thing I could have said to him! He immediately said: I already have the routine. This afternoon we decided to invite two more friends to train together since it gets very fun, especially in the gym's dance room (I only see from behind the glass).

Hoy hemos realizado rutina de piernas que consistía en saltos, trotes en el lugar, sentadillas y mucho mas, ejercicios que parecían simples pero al final del entrenamiento había sido que eran super exigentes!

Today we did a leg routine that consisted of jumping, jogging in place, squats and much more, exercises that seemed simple but at the end of the training it turned out that they were super demanding!
