Un día tranquilo para entrenar
A quiet day to train

Hola amigos de #SWC el día de hoy fui al parque a entrenar un poco al llegar fui a la barra de arena a mejorar un poco el geinger.

Luego de un rato fui a las otras barras a hacer un poco de estaticos y freestyler segunda vez que hago laizans en la barra esa ya que me da miedo pq la barra está rota y en cualquier momento se puede caer por eso casi no hago mucho ahí por precaución.

Hi friends of #SWC today I went to the park to train a little when I arrived I went to the sand bar to improve a little geinger.

After a while I went to the other bars to do a bit of static and freestyler second time I do laizans on that bar because I'm afraid pq the bar is broken and at any moment can fall so I almost do not do much there as a precaution.
