Algunas fotos haciendo estáticos [ESP|ENG]
Hola amigos de #SWC hoy les traigo unas fotos haciendo estáticos, he estado muy activo entrenando estáticos y siento que los he mejorado mucho.
Antes de hacer estáticos estuve en las barras de arena y vi a mis compañeros hacer freestyler y no aguante las ganas y al primer intento saque doble 540 clean ya volveré al freestyle el lunes.
Y ya pa terminar hice una mini rutina de hefesto con mi compañero @enma2020 ( se me olvidó grabar 😅).
Está es mi cuarto post del #RetoFortis.

Hi friends of #SWC today I bring you some photos doing statics, I have been very active training statics and I feel that I have improved a lot.
Before doing statics I was on the sand bars and I saw my teammates doing freestyler and I couldn't resist and on the first try I got a double 540 clean and I'll be back to freestyle on Monday.
And finally I did a mini hefesto routine with my partner @enma2020 (I forgot to record 😅).
