IF I HAVE THE POWER
My Country!
My Pride!
My Home!
We are blessed with the beauty of nature and surrounded by raw materials which is enough to use and give to other countries.
We are a chosen Nation, The very God's Own People.
Nigeria my country!
I welcome you to my blog, I will be sharing on what I would lift or relax the ban on and also what I will ban if have the power and opportunity to do so in my country.

Firstly, what I would lift the ban on is the use and acceptance of crypto currency related payments and transactions
In March 21st, 2021,the Central Bank of Nigeria banned the crypto currency payment in Nigeria.
Crypto currency is a digital currency which is an alternative form of payment created using eneryption algorithm. The use of encryption technologies means that crypto currencies function both as a currency and as a virtual accounting system.
Even though crypto is not recognized by the CBN, trading it doesn't make it illegal. You may get gifted in crypto and need to cash it out in Naira, CBN states that trading crypto by individuals is not prohibited but prohibited from buying and trading crypto through any Nigerian Bank.
I think the buying and trading of crypto should be legal in Nigeria and if I have the power to lift the ban and allow everyone use it freely, of course I will.
Do you asked why?
Okay my reasons are:
It enables international transaction. Since It is a purely digital, Bitcoin makes trade easy and money can be moved around for the purpose of trade. Beyond trade, even, Bitcoin makes it easy for Nigerians in diaspora, for instance,to send money back home without exorbitant charges of money transfer companies.
It will serve as a means which will give people who live in Nigeria with little economic stability the opportunity to trade freely, thus creating global economic equity.
Though I'm not a crypto currency trader, I see crypto payment as the future of digital payment of the world and my country Nigeria should not be left out of this value because of the ban placed on it.

I think it should be regulated and not banned.
Hmm
Moving on, If also given the opportunity or power, I would ban the use of illegal or Illicit drugs and substance.
You will agree with me that the use of illegal and illicit substance or drugs is now rampant in Nigeria and therefore seen as a lifestyle.
If you don't engage in it, you would be termed outdated.
It's now the order of the day among the youth's.
Illegal or illicit drugs are those that are not prescribed by a doctor or bought from a certified drugstore or pharmacy, They are sometimes called 'streetdrugs'.
There are now syndicates of illegal drugs in Nigeria.
Many people whom we believe are responsible, Well known, Educated are into the use or propeller of illegal drugs or substance .
The shocker that hurts me the most is that of our celebrities, They are People that many youth's lookup to therefore seen as role model's are the very one's who light up their Cigar, Weed, and use other illicit drugs in videos, shows etc and people all over the world get to watch this often.
They take it anywhere they want without being cautioned.
If I have the power I will ban the use of illegal drugs and also make a rule that entails any individual and his syndicate are to be arrested and prosecuted if caught using illicit drugs or encouraging the use in any form.
The use of Illicit drugs is not good because it causes heart diseases, addiction, mental health issues such as depression, anxiety to mention a few.
The lives of many youth have been lost to the use of illegal drugs.
A popular Nigeria Celebrity, A youth just died, of which the use of illegal drugs and substance was reported to be one of the causes, though alleged by his close pals.
How I wish there is nothing like illegal or Illicit drugs....
It will continue to mar a country whose future is relayed in the hands of her youths.
This are the things I would do if I have the power and I believe it will yield positive changes in my country Nigeria.
Thank you for visiting my blog ❤️..
