Preámbulo
Hola queridos Hivers, todavía con la emoción a flor de piel por la excelente jornada vivida el día de ayer en la comunidad parroquial donde presto mis servicios sacerdotales aquí en Barquisimeto quiero dejarles un post que les haga también partícipes de mis sentimientos sobretodo de gratitud por haber tenido la oportunidad de dar a conocer a otras personas (¡más de 50!) no sólo a una plataforma sino a una comunidad que me ha ayudado a crecer en diversos aspectos durante estos dos años que ya llevo compartiendo en ella.
Hoy luego de celebrar la misa un joven de la parroquia se me acercó y me preguntó si era embajador de Hive, le respondí que no, que se trata de una plataforma descentralizada y que ya es iniciativa de cada persona el proponer y organizar esta clase de actividades, y en mi caso lo hago con mucho gusto porque se trata de brindarles a los demás una oportunidad de expresar sus talentos y abrirle el horizonte para empezar un posible emprendimiento digital en la web 3.0 que fue de hecho el nombre que le dimos a la serie de exposiciones que ayer realizamos.
Además, esta fue una actividad que se organizó en comunidad desde sus inicios ya que luego del HiveCreatorDay que tuvimos en la ciudad nos reunimos y esta fue una de las actividades que se propuso y se aprobó. No quiero pasar esto por alto ya que nos habla de una de las grandes riquezas que tenemos en Hive y es que realmente la comunidad está primero, por eso, valoramos construir relaciones, interactuar y el aporte que cada uno pueda dar por pequeño que sea porque ese también construye y es parte importante de este hermoso y variopinto ecosistema.

Hello dear Hivers, still with the emotion of the excellent day lived yesterday in the parish community where I render my priestly services here in Barquisimeto, I want to leave you a post that makes you also participants of my feelings, especially of gratitude for having had the opportunity to let other people know (more than 50!) not only a platform but a community that has helped me to grow in various aspects during these two years that I have been sharing in it.
Today after celebrating mass a young man from the parish approached me and asked me if I was an ambassador of Hive, I replied that no, that it is a decentralized platform and that it is the initiative of each person to propose and organize this kind of activities, and in my case, I do it with pleasure because it is about allowing others to express their talents and open the horizon to start possible digital entrepreneurship in the web 3.0 which was, in fact, the name we gave to the series of exhibitions that we held yesterday.
In addition, this was an activity that was organized in the community since its inception after the HiveCreatorDay we had in the city we met and this was one of the activities that were proposed and approved. I do not want to overlook this because it speaks of one of the great riches we have in Hive and is that the community comes first, therefore, we value building relationships, interaction, and the contribution that everyone can give however small it may be because that also builds and is an important part of this beautiful and diverse ecosystem.
Desarrollo de actividades
Ayer fue un día muy extraño en Barquisimeto, yo lo catalogué como el prototipo de la locura de cambio climático que hemos estado viviendo durante estas últimas semanas. Literalmente llovía, escampaba, hacía sol, y se repetía el ciclo. Por ello, aunque la actividad estaba pautada para las 4:00pm, quisimos dar un espacio de tiempo para que las personas terminaran de llegar, dimos comienzo a todo a las 4:30pm en punto. Esto es importatne tenerlo en cuenta porque a pesar de todo, la actividad superó con creces las expectativas, tenía confirmada una base de asistencia de 20 personas y resulta que hicimos un x2 y un poco más porque fuimos más de 50, creo que 53 exactamente según una de las Hivers asistentes que contabilizó.
Como anfitrión del evento di apertura a la charla con el tema de la blockchain y criptomonedas, me encantó que desde el principio (y les adelanto que hasta el final) las personas estuvieron súper atentas a lo que se estaba exponiendo. Por ejemplo, con una de las pregutnas que inicié fue ¿qué pensaban ellos cuando alguien les hablaba de internet? Ipso Facto, todos fueron unánimes en responder "Google", "Facebook", "Wikipedia", etc. es decir, la identificación de una tecnología que es mucho más amplia con unos entes centralizados. De allí partí para hablarles de las bondades de la blockchain que al ser descentralizada nos permite la participación y hasta la propiedad de unos activos, he aquí porque se habla de web 3.0 y la comprensión del dinero desde otra perspectiva, la de las criptomonedas.
Aquí llegó el momento de presentarles el tema del dinero, lo cual estuvo a cargo de @filoriologo, el cual lo supo adadptar de manera sencilla y simple a los asistentes. Luego, @joheredia21 explicó ¿Qué es Hive? integrando dos de sus frentes de más accesibilidad en un pirmer momento para todos: red social y juegos. Seguidamente, @yonnathang abarcó el tema de la economía de Hive, que sabemos en principio puede resultar bastante confusa para quien inicia (¿Hive, HBD, HP? ¿qué locuara es esta?, jajaja) pero que también lo hizo bastante comprensible . Finalmente, cerró el ciclo de exposiciones @zullyscott quien habló sobre lo que no se debe hacer en Hive y que tuvo la iniciativa de mostrar en vivo su blog y que así todos pudieran llevarse una experiencia en vivo sobre la plataforma.
Y como sabemos que es importante darles participación a todos, culminamos con el compartir de su experiencia en la plataforma de dos Hivers que viven cercanos a la comunidad, @saravm82 y @asderhz. De igual manera, un ciclo de preguntas para aclarar dudas de la comunidad y una de las cosas más llamativas de la tarde, un par de sorteos basados en preguntas sobre los temas expuestos e intercambios de Hive a Bolívares en vivo. Todo culminó a las 6:30pm, dos horas, tal y como lo habíamos planificado.

Yesterday was a very strange day in Barquisimeto, I cataloged it as the prototype of the climate change madness we have been living during these last weeks. Here it was time to introduce the topic of money, which was in charge of @filoriologo, who knew how to adapt it simply and easily to the attendees. Then, @joheredia21 explained What is Hive? integrating two of its most accessible fronts in a very short time for everyone: social network and games. Next, @yonnathang covered the topic of the economics of Hive, which we know at first can be quite confusing for the beginner (Hive, HBD, HP? what is this crazy? hahaha) but he also made it quite understandable. Finally, @zullyscott closed the cycle of expositions, who spoke about what not to do in Hive and who had the initiative to show his blog live so that everyone could have a live experience of the platform.
And since we know that it is important to give everyone a chance to participate, we ended with two Hivers who live close to the community, @saravm82 and @asderhz, sharing their experience on the platform. Similarly, a cycle of questions to clarify doubts of the community and one of the most striking things of the evening, a couple of raffles based on questions about the topics discussed and exchanges of Hive to Bolivars live. Hive en la radio
La actividad que tendremos en Barquisimeto dentro de unas horas y que también nos llena de mucho entusiasmo es la oportunidad de llevar información sobre Hive en una emisora radial que tiene mi parroquia dentro de la Arquidiócesis, en nuestra ciudad es la 91.3 FM, pero lo interesante aquí es que también tiene presencia on line por lo que donde sea te encuentres la puedes sintonizar.
El horario en el cual estaremos algunos hivers de barquisimeto junto a mi persona y la joven que conduce el programa es desde las 9;00am hasta las 10:00am (hora Venezuela) y aquí puedes acceder para sintonizarnos. Todos los hviers están invitados a hacerse presente y hacer llegar su mensaje, así que mañana nos escuchamos...
Hive on the radio
