¡Saludos amigos de Hive y Comunidad Street Workout! Mi nombre es Jesuerimar Guarirapa. Yo soy @jeshu-sw en #Hive. En ésta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un momento en el cuál estaba paseando por el parque donde suelo entrenar y experimenté lo satisfactorio que es descomprimir la espalda adecuadamente luego de hacer unas cuantas dominadas.

In this opportunity I want to share with you a moment in which I was walking around the park where I usually train and I experienced how satisfying it is to decompress my back properly after doing a few pull-ups.

El día 03 de agosto del año en curso, decidí vestir algo deportiva y salir a caminar un rato, llegué al parque donde suelo entrenar, no quise realizar ninguna rutina en específico, ya que ése era mi día de descanso, así que sólo ejecuté dominadas con agarre prono, aproximadamente 3 series de 5 repeticiones, posteriormente me quedé varios segundos colgada de la barra fija y poco a poco fui descomprimiendo la espalda mientras inhalaba y exhalaba, controlando durante cada segundo la respiración, ya pasados varios segundos noté cómo se estaba relajando mi cuerpo a medida de que se iba descomprimiendo poco a poco mi espalda, aguanté unos segundos más ahí y luego giré en twist hacia la derecha y luego hacia la izquierda, allí experimenté un gran alivio en toda la zona que abarca la cervical, inclusive en las caderas. Fué una sensación algo extraña pero muy satisfactoria, algo así como cuando sientes que en tu cuerpo todo vuelve a su lugar.
On August 3rd of this year, I decided to wear something sporty and go for a walk for a while, I arrived at the park where I usually train, I did not want to perform any specific routine, since that was my day off, so I only executed prone pull-ups, approximately 3 sets of 5 repetitions, then I stayed several seconds hanging from the fixed bar and gradually I was decompressing my back while inhaling and exhaling, After several seconds I noticed how my body was relaxing as my back was decompressing little by little, I held a few more seconds there and then turned in twist to the right and then to the left, there I experienced a great relief in the whole area that includes the cervical, including the hips. It was a strange but very satisfying sensation, something like when you feel that in your body everything goes back to its place.
