▪️ Picar la jamonada en pequeños cuadritos, debo resaltar que fue muy difícil sacar la jamonada de la lata por ello ven pedazos irregulares en la foto de los ingredientes.

▪️ En una olla caliente agregué un poco de aceite y comencé a sofreír los vegetales, sofrían hasta que el cebollín este blando luego podrán seguir con el siguiente paso.

▪️ Agregué 2 tazas y 1/2 de agua para cocinar el arroz inicien la cocción del arroz a fuego medio, cuando el agua este por secar verifiquen si el arroz esta blando, de no ser así agreguen un poco de agua, luego coloquen una tapa y bajen el fuego a bajo, dejen secar por completo el agua y estará listo. Esperen 10 minutos antes de servir.
