Las galletas más achocolatadas que probarán, la textura de brownie es irresistible, es la merienda perfecta para compartir en familia.
Quedan muy esponjosas y húmedas por dentro, tengan en cuenta que las galletas al sacar del horno estarán suaves, eso no quiere decir que están crudas, el tiempo de horneado son 15 minutos, es suficiente para conseguir la textura húmeda del brownie.
Incorpore el cacao una mitad primero junto a la mantequilla derretida y el resto junto a la harina de trigo.
