Recently I stopped by West Egg Bakery & Cafe in Woodbury, Connecticut for lunch. I ordered a Hot Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich, which featured a nice piece of fried chicken breast, doused in hot honey with iceberg lettuce and bread & butter pickles on a toasted brioche bun. As you can probably tell by the picture, it was truly a top notch fried chicken sandwich. Everything I ever order at West Egg is always high quality, made locally with the best ingredients.
