Hello to my #freewriters community. I hope you are all doing well. I'm also doing pretty well. In today's blog, I will talk about the benefits of eating dry fruit. Why you should eat dry fruits in winter? Which is the most popular dry fruit in Pakistan?

Today I visited a dry fruit shop located in Kalabagh. I have to buy some dry dry fruits for myself and my family. It has become my habit to eat dry fruits in winter. We have to spend a portion of our income on our health l. So that we may remain healthy and active.

The dry fruits have many benefits for our health.

Dates
The dates are very famous and wonderful dry fruit of Pakistan. Most Pakistanis eat dates in their breakfast. It is called a perfect diet. Eating dates keep us healthy and fit. The dates are very useful to eliminate the weakness. Usually, I eat five pieces of dates in my breakfast, and the results are awesome.

Peanut

Peanut is another dry fruit that we use in winter. Mostly we eat peanuts 🥜 after having our dinner. In winter, the nights are very long, so at night, most people eat peanuts 🥜. Peanut 🥜 is also a wonderful dry fruit.

Almonds
Almond is another wonderful dry fruit that we mostly eat for breakfast. I eat five to seven pieces of almonds in my breakfast. I pile out almonds and use them daily. The almonds help strengthen the brain. Its use is very helpful for grey hair. The use of almonds keeps our hair shining black.

Walnuts
The walnuts are very beneficial for brain health and cognitive function. It helps reduce the level of cholesterol. It reduces the risk of heart disease. I read in research that eating walnuts protects humans from the risk of breast cancer. Walnuts are a great source of calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus which are essential for maintaining bone health. It also helps to digest food.

DryFig
Fig is another wonderful dry fruit that is very helpful for patients with high blood pressure. It is beneficial for strengthening our bones. Fig is also a great source of calcium. Mostly, I chew six pieces of fig in my breakfast. If you want your food will be digested quickly and easily, the fig should be part of your diet. It is also a great source of magnesium.

Pistachio
Pistachio is my favorite dry fruit. It is the most delicious dry fruit. However, it is very expensive in Pakistan because Pakistan imports pistachios from Afghanistan. We usually eat pistachios for breakfast. Sugar is a very common disease nowadays. It is used to cure the patient of sugar. It also supports healthy skin. If you want to look young and healthy, you will have to eat pistachio regularly.

Raisins
It is called kishmish in Urdu. Raisins are sweet, dry fruits. It is made by drying grapes. I love to eat it at night in winter. It is the best remedy for indigestion. People who are facing problems with their stomachs should regularly use raisins. They will surely get relief and their digestive system will be improved. Raisins are a good source of several minerals like calcium, magnesium, and fiber. If you want to be healthy and active, raisins should be included in your diet.

I love to eat dry fruits in winter. Although fry fruits should be used in both summer and winter. But most of the people here in Pakistan use dry fruit in winter. The doctors say that a fist of dry fruit should be used daily to lead a healthy and active life. Life is a blessing of Almighty ALLAH we should take care of ourselves. Spending money on our health keeps us away from doctors. It is a wise saying that you spend on your health; otherwise,e, you will have to spend on your disease.

If you want to live a healthy and active life you should eat dry fruit regularly.
