A short trip to a famous and historical place in Pakistan "Jinnah Barrage"
Aslamoalekum and hello to my @pinmaple community. I hope you are all doing well. I am also doing pretty well. Today in this post I would like to take you to one of the historical and famous places in my country Pakistan. It is called " Jinnah Barrage Mianwali". Jinnah Barrage was constructed in 1946. It is located on the Indus River near the famous city of the district of Mianwali Kalabagh, Pakistan. It was built to generate power and for irrigation purposes. The greenery and the view near the barrage are awesome.
It is built in the name of the founder of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah. That's why it is called Jinnah Barrage.
A few days ago, I decided to visit this barrage with my friend Abbas Khan. We got up a bit late in the morning, had breakfast and travelled towards this beautiful place. Jinnah Barrage is almost 10 km away from my village. We reached there at 11 am.
First I went to the stairs and asked my friend Abbas Khan to capture some beautiful clicks. I like his photography. His skill in taking photos is awesome. He took some pictures. Here I am sharing those pictures. His mobile camera result is better than mine.😝😝
I hope you agree with me.
Because It was a short trip and we had to go back to do some official duties. So we spent almost one hour there and enjoyed the beauty of this wonderful Barrage.
The water of the barrage was quite neat and its blueness was something treat to watch. Being a lover of nature I was quite amused by these natural scenes.
I clicked some more pictures with my Snapchat camera on my Samsung mobile phone A31.
Now It was time to leave this beautiful place. We were not ready to leave this outclass natural place. But as I said earlier we have to come back for some necessary official duty. So we started travelling towards our village Pai Khel. On the way back, we stopped at a hotel called Zam Zam Hotel Daud Khel to have some lunch. I asked my friend to order some special sweets with two cups of tea. Luckily, he agreed with my opinion and we ordered tea with sweets. The tea and sweets of this hotel are fantastic. It was a 500 PKR bill and my friend Abbas Khan insisted on paying this bill.
He paid the bill and we left for our homes.
We took some random pictures at this beautiful hotel.
