Hoy nos tocó espalda 4 series de 12 a 15 repeticiones de dominadas abiertas descansando 3 minutos entre series 🏅

Estaba un poco cansado desde el principio pero al final termine todo los ejercicios 😅

Nunca había visto esas flexiones a un brazo, se ven muy divertidas. Me pregunto si cuando tu amigo ya no puede tú debes hacer el esfuerzo por ambos, de ser así, es como una flexión a un brazo con lastre. Me alegra que hayas publicado nuevamente, definitivamente estás mejorando un montón.

A veces tener nuevos integrantes implica impartir desde el comienzo, pero ese es el motivo por el cual entrenamos, no solo volvernos fuertes si no ayudar a otros a crecer muy. Está muy bueno tu post.
