Un saludo para esta comunidad hermosa espero se encuentren muy bien,para esta oportunidad les traigo una super deliciosa receta que se que les va a encantar, se trata de unos rollitos de carne rellenos de vegetales la verdad no soy muy amante de la carne me encanta mas el pollo pero quise preparar esta receta para servir a la mesa algo diferente a la mesa, ahora vamos con los ingredientes y les cuento.

Aderezamos la carne con sal y mostaza para darle un poco de sabor,luego cortamos la cebolla el pimentón zanahoria y el cebollin.

Luego llevamos una sartén a la cocina con un poco de aceite para sofreír los vegetales y le agregamos un poco de sal nada mas, por que la carne ya está aderezada movemos constantemente hasta que los vegetales estén al dente

Despues que sofreímos los vegetales procedemos a rellenar los bistec, colocamos un bistec en un plato le agregamos vegetales en el centro y enrollamos y lo sujetamos con hilo de amarrar hallacas.

Llevamos una sartén a la cocina nuevamente y colocamos los rollitos de carne para que se vallan cocinando poco a poco a fuego lento.

Ahora ya tenemos nuestros rollitos de carnes listos jugosos y sustanciosos servimos con unas papas fritas que ya tenía las tenia reservadas.
