Went to places I've never been, being with people I've never been with before.

This month I have made a roundtrip around Leyte! That if you choose to travel all around the edges of the province it would take you 5 hours to complete the entire trip--but that was training related and it took me almost a month to make the whole trip.

The past few months are heart-breaking and mentally exhausting for me, I've never been out of my own comfort zone. I was scared to face new challenges like dealing with lots of people and being with them for quite a longer time. I was sad. Even those times when I stayed in a place alone, having my own room for the first time, yet so far away from home. Home feels happy and comforting, yet I must go away somehow to be able to grow on my own. To get away of my own shell but it is also tiring.

This time I got a chance to go back to farm school but with a new people I was never familiar with. They help me reach Ormoc with their pick-up truck. I sat at the back, I realized I lost my indignant side and just agreed to come what may. The trip was rainy as the rainy season began. We reached Ormoc while it was still raining and also they helped me reached my next destination. They dropped me to the city's terminal towards the next town because I was bound to Kananga so they dropped me to Robinson's Mall, because just beside the mall was the terminal. I was glad for their help but what made me happy was they waited for me to ride the jeep before they finally ride away. And also, I was given additional pocket money for my own convenience.

Before, every good thing made me sad because I was ungrateful. Now, I got the opportunity to be thankful for other people's help.

It rained heavily today but never inside the truck. The travel was long yet I got the chance to have a good conversations with the people I've been traveling with. I never had enough money with me during the entire trip yet the Lord was generous with me. He provide me with people I could share my time with that my problems with money didn't come to mind. The Lord provided me with everything I need down to the very last minute of my travel.

I arrived at my destination, to the farm school that I stayed before. It was still rainy but I felt at ease knowing that I arrived there safe. This time I know I will be okay because I came prepared although my baggage was quite heavy--I never noticed it somehow. I thought of the next few months more of my stay. Of what food I will eat for the next few days but rice all the more. I bought lots of rice with me because it was important. It wasn't that heavy knowing that I will be okay for the next months of my stay.

I was so thankful for the Lord for all preparations and accomplishments for today.
