Hey there, Hivers! When having a bad or stressful day, my go to comfort food will always be pasta or ramen. It simply just makes my mood better. On birthdays, celebrations cannot go without a dish of noodles, spaghetti or Misua. As Asians, noodles have been an integral part of most of our meals. So allow me to share some of my favorite pasta, ramen, and noodles in different cuisines. Enjoy!

Pho (Vietnamese Cuisine)

My first time trying Pho was at Phat Pho restaurant. I ordered their spicy pho and boy was it so hot. Most Vietnamese dish have a lot of herbs and spices which made their food healthy.

Ramen (Korean Cuisine)

We bought this instant ramen at a Korean convenient store where they provide electric heater for us to cook the noodles. It was a great experience having to cook our ramen outside our own kitchen with friends and family. Plus, the price of these instant noodles are relatively cheap compared to restaurant ramen.

Alfredo Pasta (Italian Cuisine)

Another favorite of mine is the Alfredo Pasta topped with bacon from Brique. The creamy sauce is to die for. This also has some sausage inside.

Bolognese Pasta (Italian Cuisine)

This pasta is from one of the restaurants i tried in Il Curso. I love their Bolognese sauce as it is not too sweet nor sour. The best part is their cheese on top.

Japanese Ramen (Japanese Cuisine)

Japanese restaurant is common in the Philippines. Some of my favorite ones are Barikata and Yushoken as it taste the closest to an authentic Japanese ramen.

But the secret ingredient for every recipe that makes it delicious is the family and friends you ate it with. Food is best enjoyed when you have your love ones to eat together.

That's it for today's blog. See you in my next one!

Sending some hugs and kisses

Love, Jane

Noodles are my happiness. My cousins and I used to cook ramen whenever we hung out, and looking at your photos makes me crave it.
