Happy Tuesday, dear Hivers! With the end of the successful exhibit of the Visayas Art Fair held at Oakridge Business Park, I would like to share this beautiful masterpiece in 2 installments. How beautiful, isn't it?

Quick disclaimer, I don't own or have the right whatsoever over this art piece.

As a casual art appreciator, I interpret this masterpiece as the different human emotions hidden inside us. Maybe part of the inspiration of the artist is the movie Inside out. Starting from the left most part is Happiness- the genuine kind we feel back when we were kids playing outdoor with other kids. The second and third emotions are Disgust and Angry- there are times when we don't feel so good with ourselves or with others but we have to pretend like everything is okay for the sake of not being dramatic. But whether we chose to suck it up or give in, both are okay. These emotions are part of being human. The last three emotions are in the melancholic spectrum- Nonchalant and Sadness.

Another way of interpreting this masterpiece is by consider the different characters as energy or vibe of a person. Similar to emotions, I'd like to believe that each of us have different vibe depending on who we are with. Sometimes we tend to be playful to people we're comfortable with while other times, we tend to be shy to strangers.

The actual exhibit was held at the Oakridge Studio in the 12th floor of Building 3. Unfortunately, the exhibit already ended last week and I wasn't able to visit the Oakridge Studio. I was only able to visit the Bodega Design Caravan, another activity held in Oakridge with the same time as the Art Fair Exhibit.

Have you visited any of the activities in Oakridge Business Park lately? I'd love to hear about them in the comment section below.

That's it for today's blog. See you in my next one!

Sending some love and light

With love, Jane
