Of Yellow, Orange, Red, and Pink Everlasting

I had a wonderful day last weekend, and spent it walking through the neighborhood and around a lovely park, stopping to take pictures of various attractive views that caught my eye. That was following my late lunch at Lime Fish Manhattan Mid-Town. I enjoyed a heavy meal, which resulted in a full stomach afterward. To encourage digestion and reduce the feeling of fullness in my stomach, I usually go for a walk at a moderate pace after eating. It's also how I establish a connection with the surrounding nature. After a large meal, I guess it also helps to avoid gaining belly fat. Do you do that too?

One of the best spots I always want to visit in this place is the Butterfly Garden. Flowers seem to change depending on the season or whatever the reason because each time I pass by here, flowers are always different.

This time of year, the Golden Everlasting, also known as strawflowers, are abundant throughout the garden and are in full bloom. Their colors, which include pink, red, orange, yellow, and orange, are all adorable. Particularly with the yellow strawflower, don't they look like tiny suns? These flowers have a certain charm that I would like to incorporate into our garden.

Aside from everlasting flowers, begonias, and other flowers also thrive in this pretty garden. And have you seen the cute bunny with a pink leash? She seems to enjoy being surrounded by vibrant blooming flowers. She would hop here and there and seems to be looking for something. Her guardian would then follow her trail. They looked cute to look at. That's where I ended my walk and headed to a place to buy takeout for dinner.
