Restaurant Igane Kalguksu Homemade Dumplings Steamed Ine

A long time ago, I worked in the vicinity of the Busan Intercity Bus Terminal.
This is 'Igane Kalguksu', which was taken by an acquaintance after going because of work
nearby.
I was curious about the seafood kalguksu and wheat noodles, especially the handmade king
dumplings.

It is located between Busan Sasang Intercity Bus Terminal and Gwabeop Renesite Station.
This is a popular Kalguksu restaurant located in a bustling neighborhood with E-Mart next
door.
Around 5:10 pm, there was a seat in front of the store, so I was able to park comfortably.

When you open the door and step inside, the man is hard at work making dumplings.
It is a decent size with a standing table in the hall and a few sitting tables in the back.
Soldiers in uniforms, senior citizens, and various guests were eating in groups of several.

Pork, rice, kimchi from Korea, chili powder from China, OK!
Hand Kalguksu 6,500 won
Seafood Kalguksu 7,500 won
Dumplings 7,000 won
Milmyeon is 6,500 won, and I thought the menu was reasonably priced.

The kimchi served with kalguksu should be delicious.
The slightly spicy and sweet kimchi made with kimchi is a refreshing taste.

I asked for a white beer, and it was refreshing and drenched my throat.
On a muggy hot day, a cold beer is perfect.

There are many places that use the product dumplings, but the appearance of making it on the spot is to order right away.
The appetizer is 5 very large dumplings served on a Donggeun plate.
"Even if it's a little small, if it's 6, it would be good for 2 or 3 people to share."

Seafood Kalguksu is the second most popular after handmade dumplings.

When the clean and thick soup feels refreshing, I just drink it slurp.
If you've even had alcohol, I thought it would be perfect for just haejang.

Chewy noodles finely ground in a savory broth from shrimp.
The very clean taste of the clams and the thick skin of dwarf is quite attractive.

It is wheat noodles with thin ice floating in a large Steng bowl.
Seasoning sauce, cucumber vegetables, pork meat and eggs were lightly topped on the
well-cooked noodles.

If you take a bite of the broth first, it seems to smell like herbal medicine.
It's not overbearing, and it has a mild meaty flavor and a refreshing broth.
The chewy noodles with sweet and spicy sauce are above average.
In Busan, where there are so many famous wheat noodles restaurants, personally, I prefer
wheat noodles.
I ate delicious homemade dumplings and kalguksu at a restaurant in Sasang, a
neighborhood nostalgic for a long time.
