Hello community friends
How are you?
wish you always good
Today I bring spicy, salty and savory recipes to share.
who doesn't know tauco.
This yellow bean fermentation is very popular. It has a distinctive salty and savory taste that makes tauco suitable for cooking with any stir-fry.
what do i think of when i hear the word taco. I want to cook.
I want to cook tauco with the ingredients available at home, long beans and green chilies.
Lately the weather has always been cloudy and it often rains, maybe because it has entered the beginning of the rainy season.
cloudy skies and drizzle accompanied by the wind made me lazy to leave the house even to shop at the market.
So I use ingredients that are only available at home.
Ingredient
200gr long beans
50gr tauco
100gr green chili
1 tomato
1 clove of onion and garlic and a little ginger
🌼How to cook🌼
Stage 1
heat the oil in a frying pan, then sauté the onion, garlic, tomato and ginger until slightly yellowish.
Stage 2
Add the tauco and stir for 1 minute.
Stage 3
Add chopped long beans and mix well.
Stage 4
Add chopped green chilies and add a little water and mix well.
then wait for 3 minutes.
taste correction so it's not too salty
For this tauco dish, there is no need to add salt because the tauco itself already tastes salty and tasty
Sauteed green chili tauco is ready to be enjoyed
thank you 😊
