Storm Surge

Waking up in the morning with our floors being wet. The rain isn't too strong though the wind has been ravaging for two nights already. There's a storm surge which submerged the the streets and surroundings of the government buildings as well as the baywalk. The street where a number of schools are located has been submerged too.

Thursday

I have been worried because of the typhoon. We felt its presence two nights ago with the strong winds, hence we slept downstairs for two nights already. Last night, I thought the wind isn't strong. I was asleep early as my wife told me, then woke up early in the morning. The typhoon haven't left yet, and I'm hopeful that it will weaken, and just go away.

San Vicente Fish Port

After visiting the beaches of Anguib and Nangaramoan, we returned to San Vicente Fish Port. I'm glad the rain already stopped that time so we can take pictures. Palaui Island can be seen from the port but too bad, there's no bridge on the way there except by boat. In fact, they offer boat tours there.
