Stage Fright

I used to be on stage weekly but in a small audience. Hence, it doesn't give me stage fright depending on situation. Before the pandemic, I used to be on stage multiple times each year for sign language discourse with an audience of around several hundreds to thousands during assemblies or conventions. The last time I delivered a discourse in sign language was a year ago. With numerous people in front of me, I still experience stage fright. I know moral support from someone close to you is important to do better.

Sunday

My wife and I woke up early because we planned of attending the Circuit Assembly in Pangasinan language. It was great, and I got to see friends and family. We also had our family dinner.

When You're Up High

It's a nice feeling when you're up high in the mountains seeing the beauty, as well as acquiring the benefits of fresh air. I may have fear of heights but with views like those in the pictures, I forgot about it because I was overwhelmed with excitement.
