Sleep for Health

Sleep is very important because of the healing effect it can give to our body's system. That's why we should avoid sleeping late, and even waking up very late. As much as possible, I wanted to get good amount of sleep but too bad, I rarely go more than 8 hours. 6-7 hours of sleep is common on my end. I feel bad for people who are having a hard time to sleep at night, and I hope they will find solution because at times, pills don't work.

Thursday

We woke up early today, and my wife left around 6:30am to help in preparing snacks for the volunteers during the pre-convention work. I followed around 8:30am. I was quite tired because we assisted those delegates to their accommodations.

Usual Afternoon

We often have overcast skies during afternoon, and it's a usual sight. It's rainy season, and it's common. It's better than a day with the sun not shining. At least the sun shines in the morning. I actually miss seeing clear skies in the afternoon because I haven't seen sunset for a long time.
