Sad News

Last night, my cousin came in and told us about a couple's daughter who just passed away. It's a real sad news because I've been hearing updates about the child who's only 13 years old. My younger brother even asked me about government agencies or charities which can help them with financial assistance. The child has leukemia, and we're hopeful that she'll overcome the illness, but it's only a few months since the diagnosis and her body gave up.

Thursday

It's already sunny, and how I miss the sunshine! There's a possibility of rains later but I think it won't be that bad. Just hoping because we will go to the city later to attend our midweek meeting in sign language.

Paper Dolls

My niece has artistic talents. When we had our vacation in their place in Cagayan, I saw her art pieces drawn on papers. I can see how proud her parents are. Of course, I'm proud of her talent as an uncle.

She also made these paper dolls! Aren't they cute? I think she loves anime (manga) characters as I can see from the inspiration of her art pieces.
