Today's topic is a serious one, and the gravity of it can be gauged by the fact that I initially didn't intend to write about it. However, when memories of my past came to mind, I changed my decision and decided to write about it. If we look back into our past, there were fewer educated people, but those who were educated were highly capable, and their skills were evident in their work. Today, it's quite the opposite; we have more educated individuals, but very few possess the true capabilities and expertise in their respective fields.

The biggest reason for this is the unfair exam system. Nowadays, students are given so much freedom that they openly cheat, and due to external influences, teachers are powerless to stop them. Some teachers even encourage students to cheat to improve their class results. Now, if a student passes by cheating, will they develop real skills? Absolutely not.

Cheating used to happen in a different way, but with modernization, the style of cheating has also changed. Nowadays, mobile phones have made cheating even easier. Allowing mobile phones during exams is nothing short of a disaster. I clearly remember when I was taking my 8th-grade board exams, some students in my class brought their mobile phones, and the teacher seated them in the next room, allowing them to use their phones to copy answers. These were the students whose influence held back the truly capable ones from advancing.

If this system continues, our study and examination system will collapse very soon.

I urge all the high authorities in the education system to take this matter seriously and take strong steps to stop this injustice so that we can establish an honest and fair examination system.

The education system is the key to the progress of any country. If your education system is not strong, you will fall behind in this era of development, and its impact will be felt by future generations, which would be a very unfortunate outcome
