A Memorable Wednesday Walk Around EIDGAH Park !!!
Hey Everyone, I hope you all are fine, this is my entry to #wednesdaywalk Challange by @tattoodjay
A Wednesday Walk Around EIDGAH Park.
Yesterday, I had to go to the Hospital with my sister and my wife, they had an appointment with the doctor, so I dropped them off at the hospital and decided to go for a walk as it was around two hours of waiting time.
After dropping them off, I look for a place where I can do a little walk and capture photos for Wednesday's walk challenge. While I was driving, I saw some roadside vendors around EID GAH PARK. It's not a very big park, it is built on the corner of the road.
This White BIG Mosque Showing in the Picture is called EID GAH, and EID GAH PARK is just situated before this mosque, It is associated with the name of this mosque. As I said it is not a big park, Big came there in the evening and spent some time.
I parked my Car in front of the Park and Started My walk by crossing the road.
While I was crossing the road, I found these Three small plants parallel to each other, they were looking very beautiful. You know Greenery attracts a lot <3
After crossing the road, I noticed this tall stall full of caps hanging on it. The Caps were of different colours and different sizes, So one can easily find the cap of his requirement. The person who was selling it was not standing at that time, so I moved on.
After the cap stall, I found beautiful umbrellas of different sizes, colours and designs.
These Umbrellas has different shape painted on them, they were in the price range of 200-300-500-800 PKR, according to their size and design. This pink Umbrella was smiling and how i could miss capturing this cute smiling Umbrella ;)
After those Umbrellas, these small caps encountered me, these were for the kids aged 5-7 and especially for the boys.
After the boys' caps, there were these beautiful girls' caps, we all know pink colour is associated with girls. Here you can see some beautiful pink caps with ribbons on them. These are best to gift to someone's kids.
While walking along, I found this Glasses Stall, who doesn't like to wear glasses? The boy sitting with the stall was the song of the stall owner, it was very sad for me to see this small kid sitting near this stall and selling these.
It was his school age and he was on the road selling glasses. I asked his father to capture his picture, but the boy refused it. Maybe he was shy.
As you can see in these pictures, these vendors were standing in a straight line in front of the park. There were these nets to save you from mosquitos and other small flying insects. The hanging one is a big net and can easily cover one single bed.
This one is a small one made for kids aged 2-5, you can easily carry this with you anywhere you want. It's easy to pack and carry.
After these nets, I found some more attractive umbrellas. Let me tell you about these vendors, most of these vendors come from other cities to sell these things. they belong to some other cities.
I found these Kerchief hanging in front of an electric pole. It is better not to hang anywhere in front or near the Electric Pole because it's dangerous.
Some More Glasses ;) I do remember buying from these vendors when I was in school, as my eyesight is weak and I wear glasses. You could easily find some cheap Glasses in these stalls.
After this glasses stall, these army caps got my attention. Pakistan Army is our pride and we love our army.
These masks remind me of Corona and the hard time we had to face due to corona. Though people don't wear masks these days, there are sellers who are selling them usually in front of hospitals, where it is necessary to wear masks.
Finally after, visiting so many stalls, I found this man, who was willing to talk to me and when I asked him for a selfie, he agreed and I captured this beautiful selfie, I talked to him for some minutes. The talk was about inflation and how it is affecting all the people living in my country.
No matter whether you are rich or poor, you are getting affected by rising inflation. Sadly, we can't do anything against it but just bear it with no choice.
It was heartbreaking for me to know how hard it has become for these vendors to survive. I belong to a middle-class family and I could easily feel this hardness.
This person was also selling these caps, among these caps, these yellow Adidas caps were giving a beautiful look as you can see in the picture.
I got even sad when I saw this broken chair, they use these chairs to sit all day long. The mirror kept on the chair is for the customers, who buy the glasses to see whether they are suiting them or not.
There was another kind of Chair for sitting purposes, It also doesn't have anything for your back. clearly to you can see, it is not comfortable to it.
can you sit on it for the whole day? It's difficult very difficult.
after these vendors, there was this roundabout, which was built in the name of Martyr Qamar Abbas Chowk. It is built to give tribute to this Martyr of the Pak Army.
Wait, this is not the end. there is more to this wonderful Wednesday Walk.
After crossing that roundabout, there were these Air Filled toys for kids. These were of different kinds. The toys shown in this picture are usually used for swimming purposes.
Do you love dragons? yes. I also do love them. Have a look at this Yellow dragon who was smiling and attracting the customers to buy him.
Aww, look at these small toys, they were spread around the road and on the footpath. It is because these vendors don't have any shop to sell these, also it's impossible for them to afford the shop rent.
Want to fly? buy these beautiful Airplanes and have a safe journey ;)
I think I can locate the Dora in these toys also, on the right side in the pink and yellow dress. is it Dora? correct me if I am wrong.
Spiderman is here to save you from all the danger that can hurt you ;) He was standing with some of his dragon friends.
These two old vendors are behind these masters pieces <3 I met with them and appreciated their work.
On the tree, this beautiful Pink water tube was hanging.
A cute pink Smiling cat, to be very honest, at that time, I wasn't had any money with me, otherwise i should have bought this little cutie.
Dolphins are well known for their friendship with humans. I never met any dolphin in my life, but I met this beautiful plastic air-filled smiling dolphin.
This is the last picture I captured on my journey. you can see some plastic air-filled swords for kids to play with. Two cute white dogs and some aeroplanes.
I am hoping that my Hive family will enjoy this walk ;) There is more to come in this Wednesday Walk Challenge.
Take Care Everyone.
