Inspecting the Human Race, My Experience as an Alien

Greetings friends of Hive and the community @weekend-experiences, today I am once again participating in the writing initiative, promoted by @galenkp, where they propose different topics, in which I chose the one related to aliens, in the investigation of the human race.

I have realised that how some human beings are chosen to be the leaders of a nation and they only think about themselves, they don't even think about the nation and its people that they can get affected by their decisions, this creates a serious crisis generated by all their actions that can harm the living beings and the resources around them.

So the first point of observation is "The Corruption", it is a poison which has been spread in the mind of wrong people of the society. It is the mistreatment of public resources just for getting some unfair advantage to fulfill little wish. It is concerned with the unnecessary and wrong use of both power and position by anyone whether in the government or non-government organization. The impact of corruption goes beyond the corrupt individuals and the innocent people have to face the consequences.

On the other hand, the other observed point that happens with the human race is "Dishonesty", on planet earth people have convinced themselves that lying will help them to get ahead; but they have mistaken getting ahead with being more comfortable. It will help them indeed to be more comfortable, temporarily until everything will be taken away from them; or until they start trusting other people who will also be dishonest to them. People are taught how to be dishonest since very young age to fit the social norms: to avoid rudeness. Criminals weave deceptions to gain rewards; politicians spin lies to come to power. Many of us add one or two extra special skills in a job application to get hired. And the people who are genuinely honest they are not liked by others as they speak the truth.

The third point is "Climate Change", everyday the planet is on the verge of environmental collapse, due to the manufacturing goods mostly from burning fossil fuels to produce energy for making things like cement, steel, plastics and other goods, cutting down forests to create farms or for other reasons which causes emission, using transportation such as cars, trucks and ships run on fossil fuels. That makes transportation a major contributor of green house gases. Observing how in some countries the effect of climate change is already being felt, in which the ozone layer has a hole that grows bigger every day, that is why earthquakes and tsunamis occur, where many people die due to these damages caused to the environment.

Finally, I would like to tell you that if an alien came to our planet, they would be surprised by so many beautiful things such as beautiful creatures, beautiful places, useful resources and the natural beauty that our planet has, and we as human beings have not known how to value all the natural wealth that our our mother earth has given us and it's our responsibility to take care of it and knowing all this, we cause it a lot of damage.
