Living in Venezuela π€π€π€ - Weekend-Engagement #213
Hello, fellow weekenders!
It's the beginning of the weekend, and here in Venezuela is independence Day!
What a best way of celebrating than with a torrential rain the afternoon that makes all chaotic here in my city.
What's the best thing about living in your country ? Explain your answer and use examples.
This is a harsh question because every time I talk to one person, they ask me why I don't leave the country.
My first thought on the issue is: I don't have a passport.
But we're here to talk about the best thing about living in Venezuela... Let's see... for sure, it's not the sociopolitical regime or the economy. Let's dig up...
For me, I think the best thing about living in Venezuela is that my family and friends are here. Although, I might leave soon to another city far from my mom and my best friend. That would be hard!
What more can I say! Venezuela has great landscapes and beautiful beaches, and there are also kind people. Not all people are bad, and certainly not all are good.
I learned that this city is very cultured. There are people who care about literature, music, and art. That's a big thing for me.
Besides, there are lots of mangoes. I love mangoes, and from time to time, people give them mangoes to other people. They preferred to give them away than let the rot on the ground.
I can walk for thirty minutes, and everything is just peaceful around.
Nonetheless, I do wish to visit other countries. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE CANADA, AUSTRALIA NORWAY AND THAILAND.
WE JUST CAN WISH!
Our Venezuela is a beautiful country, there are beautiful beaches, mountains, rivers, massifs, jungles, the dunes, the plains in the rainy season are beautiful, the Andes with its greenery, I have traveled to many places in the country and while there are very rude people I have found others who make you feel at home. Our country is beautiful and at some point we will recover many things that we have lost and have demoralized us.
I know that. Venezuela has everything we can dream of. I do wish visit all those places. π₯°
