Risoles Recipe
It's raining here this afternoon, my stomach feels hungry, I just want to chew. Finally I decided to make risoles, my favorite snack.
Risoles is very easy to make, but takes quite a long time, because of the process of making the filling and making the skin. I'll just give you the recipe straight away.
To make the skin, you need one egg and just enough wheat flour. The method is to combine the eggs and flour, stir until smooth, add the water little by little until the mixture is mixed evenly. Meanwhile, to make the filling: prepare the carrots, potatoes and celery, cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes. then put it in the pan and add enough water and chili sauce, don't forget to add salt and seasoning.
Cook until it boils and the potatoes and carrots are soft.Once everything is done, put the filling into the risoles shell and roll it to form a risoles.
Next, after you have finished rolling it, prepare it for coating the risol, namely flour with water until it is runny along with breadcrumbs. Next, fry the risoles in hot oil and over low heat.
