Mobile Phone is a modern invention for better and fast virtual communication but the access of vast range of social app and mobile games indulge me. When it comes to watching lectures, writing articles on hive, screen time is advantageous but screen time spend in watch TikTok, YouTube Shorts, scrolling Facebook is waste of time. I noticed myself ignoring family time and tapping phone screen when I am with my parents. My screen time is more than 8 hours in a day that's disappointing indeed...

Mobile Phone Addiction has serious consequences similar to drug addiction. Excessive screen time cause depression and anxiety and adversely affect the human physical and mental health. Phone addiction is an important cause of insomnia.
It has been around seven years since I got my first phone. With the passage of time the phone addiction grippes me firmly. I rarely join my native friends on weekends. In childhood I was used to visit my relatives but now I am in contact with them by phone. The phone addiction and over reliance on phone created a gap in my social life.
