"The Unfinished Buddah" | Painting Session
Good day everyone! It's me Ish for another art blog and today's art piece is another old painting I made in 2019.
If you missed out on my previous post about my last painting art piece that I made you can check it out here: "Badjao Bros" | My Last Painting Art Piece in 2020.
Story of the Art
Way back in 2019 I was an active artist here in our province we have a community where I'm one of the admins and every month we gather our members to have meet-ups and do art jams.
In every City in our province, we have appointed 3-5 admins in our art community in each city, and on this art jam, we do this painting session with my 2 of my other co-admins and I.
We usually do the painting session at the T-shirt printing Shop of one of the 2 co-admins that I'm with.
I named it "The Unfinished Buddah" because we lacked time so I wasn't able to finish mine and I also needed to go home before the sun go down.
Painting Process
I only have a few pictures of it because we are really focused on our art piece and mixing paint colors so I don't have much time to take more photos.
I used Acrylic paints here and we only have the primary colors so we need to mix the paints to get the color we want.
This is my co-admin who owns the shop where we do the art/painting sessions, he used Oil Paints here and he usually paints landscapes and animals.
Materials and Tools I Used
• Illustration Board 3/4
• Graphite Pencil
• Eraser
• Easel
• Ruler
• Paint Brushes
• Acrylic Paint
Ending Message
I hope you also check my previous post the "Badjao Bros" Painting that I made because that was my last painting and I stopped doing it but let's see, maybe in the future when I have much money I might buy a new sets of paints, brushes and canvas boards/panel and paint again. I hope you like it even it's unfinished but I think "it is what it is" for this art piece.
So yeah, I think that's it for today's art blog and see you on the next one.
Thank you ^^
