Hello everyone, welcome!
Its nice to see you. How are you all? I hope you are in good condition and full of joy. It's been a pretty good week in terms of doing work and activities as usual, but this week has been quite bad in terms of health because of the transition which made my body's immune system drop a bit and in the end I had to rest due to a pretty bad flu.

Even though it feels very tiring because of the flu, one of my mood boosters and the need to be healthy and fit immediately are my children. I call them my kids because I care for them like my own children, namely the various vegetables in my small garden. Some may be in pretty good condition, but because of the rain and heat, the temperature is quite unstable so I have to harvest everything immediately.

I think, last week I said that I was in the process of growing lettuce. Lettuce is a vegetable that is quite strong and stable in terms of weather and pests, so, it looks like for the next few weeks, we will only plant lettuce. I have harvested some of them and sold them at several traditional markets that sell various vegetables. Of course we sell lettuce at a fair and appropriate price.

You know, the reason we don't sell in modern markets like ranch markets is because one of our goals is to teach people not to be taboo anymore about hydroponic vegetable products which are known for their quite expensive prices. why? Because I think everyone should know that hydroponics are not expensive vegetables and are different from other vegetables.

Indeed, basically hydroponics is very different from vegetables grown directly in the ground, usually hydroponics are rarely eaten by caterpillars, the reason is because they do not have direct contact with the soil. So, hydroponic vegetables are very easy to wash and clean, what's more, after purchasing hydroponic vegetables, the roots can be put in water to last for 2-3 days without being stored in the refrigerator.

You can see that some vegetables are empty on some Styrofoam, I rested several Styrofoam boxes and there are several others that I have given lettuce seeds that are ready to grow in hydroponic growing media boxes. Still looks very small, 1 week old after sprouting from seeds or seeds. I really like this kind of phase, because it's quite a challenge for me. Even though every month I plant seeds, I am very interested in the growth of living things.

Growing vegetables for me is not just a necessity for life, not because after the vegetables are harvested I can eat and the entire harvest is sold. More than that, I can see a very adorable green color and it makes my mind refreshed and I can think clearly again. Green is a color spectrum that is very good for the brain and eyes. One of my healing and my treatment for life.

There are several spots that I just noticed and I have to replace them immediately after the kale can be harvested in the next 2-3 weeks. Styrofoam has been infected with mold and will likely rot quickly in the next batch. I have to replace it and make a better place for these vegetables to grow.

Indeed, it is a bit of a hassle to change the planting medium, but, I think this will be very simple compared to having to hoe the soil. What do you think?

Growing hydroponics is a very good start for those gardeners who had a little area around their place. If you know the process of hydroponics, this is somehow easier than planting on the soil. But one should know the basic, the do's and dont's before stsrting this idea. Thanks for sharing your healthy growing lettuce. Keep healthy.

Everyone who always asks, I will explain about hydroponics. there are many ways to get started, even if only a few. I hope many people can do what I did.

How beautiful they are, growing and harvesting your own vegetables is a therapy too, as you say, the green color of plants nourishes the brain and is pleasing to the eye 🙏

I congratulate you for such a nice job 👌
