What do you do if you can't sleep at night? Last night, I experienced this. It was already 12 pm and my eyes weren't sleepy at all. I usually sleep at that hour but not this time. The thing I hate most about not being able to sleep is that it makes me hungry. Finally, I took my cousin to go to an aceh coffee shop, which is always open 24 hours at my place.

I ordered a glass of Hot Egg Milk Tea. Hot Egg Milk Tea has always been a favorite choice of many at this coffee shop. This drink is made of tea, duck egg yolk, sugar and sweetened condensed milk. How to make it unique, first the duck egg yolk and sugar are placed in a glass. After that, the two materials will be shaken with a mixer or sometimes a modified drilling machine. The results of the shaking of the two ingredients will cause foam, after that add tea and sweetened condensed milk.

The taste of this drink is very sweet and also savory. In fact, sugary drinks make us more unable to sleep. However, I feel the opposite, a glass of Hot Egg Milk Tea and Egg Martabak makes me sleepy and rushes home after finishing it.
