Un Delicioso Platillo

No existe mejor placer que el que se puede sentir cuando estamos una mañana completa en casa y preparamos un delicioso almuerzo, puesto que en ese platillo podremos encontrar nuestro sabor único, mientras que al mismo tiempo podemos estar seguros de que estamos consumiendo alimentos preparados con los más altos estándares de calidad, lo cual nos permite degustar una comida 100% sana y realizada al instante.

When it comes to meats, my favorite is pork, as it has a truly replaceable texture and flavor, which adapts perfectly to every moment of the day. That is why I decided to buy some pork chops to prepare them semi fried and covered with vegetables, this in order to have a delicious combination and share lunch with my parents.

Cuando hablamos de carnes mi favorita es la de cochino, ya que esta tiene una textura y sabor realmente y reemplazable, la cual se adapta a la perfección a todos los momentos del día. Es por ello que decidí comprar unas chuletas de cochino para preparar las semi fritas y cubiertas de vegetales, esto con la finalidad de poder tener una combinación deliciosa y compartir el almuerzo en compañía de mis padres.

Undoubtedly the pork chops covered with paprika, chili, garlic, onion, scallion and celery were the main element, which was perfectly complemented by a very good portion of white rice, fried slices, a simple cucumber salad with onion and two triangles of white bread.

Sin duda alguna de las chuletas de cochino cubiertas con pimentón, ají, ajo, cebolla, cebollín y apio eran el elemento principal, el cual estaba perfectamente complementado por una muy buena porción de arroz blanco, tajadas fritas, una ensalada sencilla de pepino con cebolla y dos triángulos de pan blanco.

To tell the truth, it was a tasty lunch, which was able to completely satiate our appetite and at the same time gave us the opportunity to enjoy and share with the family. Cooking is one of those actions that I most enjoy doing in life, because they allow me to navigate in a sea of flavors, surf thousands of textures and delight me with the richest smells, which is why every time I have the opportunity to do so I do not hesitate for a second to take control of the kitchen, and invent those recipes that are so unique and at the same time according to very tasty.

Decir verdad se trató de un almuerzo sabroso, el cual pudo saciar completamente nuestro apetito y al mismo tiempo nos brindó la oportunidad de disfrutar y compartir en familia. Cocinar es una de esas acciones que más disfruto hacer en la vida, pues ellos me permite navegar en un mar de sabores, surcar miles de texturas y deleitarme con los más ricos olores, es por ello que cada vez que tengo la oportunidad de hacerlo no dudo ni un segundo en tomar el control de la cocina, e inventar aquellas recetas que son tan únicas y al mismo tiempo según muy sabrosas.
