I went out for chips with ice cream again , because something sweet always cheers up the soul and that's my favorite dessert. Sometimes it can be hard to leave the weekend behind and get back to the routine of work and study, but it's important to know that if we feel too overwhelmed we can take a moment to relax and feel good.
