Greetings beautiful Ladies of Hive
This week topic is an interesting one I will be answering the second question,which is:

What are the traits of a successful woman

Who is a successful woman and what are the traits commonly identified in successful women?.

A successful woman to me is more than acquiring degrees, owning properties, wearing expensive wears, having children or being married.

The Traits Of A Successful Woman Are:

She is purpose driven: She believes she was born for a reason, a change agent. And she's not afraid to be judged or break the norm to fullfil her purpose.

She is confident and proud of herself: A successful woman believes in her self and always appreciate her self, always talk good about her self, she's always joyful. she doesn't wallow in self pity, and blame others for her failures. She gets up quickly when she falls.

She is assertive: When she set goals she do all her best to achieve them. She doesn't give up because of failures or challenges, she always find a way around and she doesn't take no for an answer.

She is full of faith: A successful woman is courageous, not letting fear cripple her potentials and dreams
She is positive minded.

She is Industrious: A successful woman is hardworking. She believes it's in her hands to change her life, there's no prince charming coming to sweep her off her feet to the palace 😂😂. She also knows that her success will be an inspiration to many so she's not slacking.

She has integrity: The reason why organizations choose women to occupy positions such as accountants and other sensitive position is because women are trust worthy, they are loyal and watch over those they love. She is financially intelligent.

She has Empathy: She console and comfort those in pain, she is kind to the needy. She doesn't have the entitlement mentality. She loves to contribute in what ever way and where she finds herself

She is Prayerful: They say a strong woman is a woman that prays. When she is facing a problem bigger than her she prays about it. When she's badly hurt, she prays about it. She doesn't let bitterness and unforgiveness have roots in her heart.
