These days are going by quickly, week by week, day by day. We're already entering into the second week of September and the fifth day since the new moon.

We observe the seventh day according to the calendar on the wall, which since September began on the 1st, the seventh day is the seventh day of the month. A 30 day month, Sunday starting on the 1st day. Seems like a perfect month! But it's still out of sync with the moon, even if it's only off by a few days.

We are in the month of Elul, the last month of the year according to tradition, but the sixth month of the year according to scripture.

The holy days of the seventh month are approaching, we blow the trumpet on the next new moon announcing the final ten days until the holiest day of the entire year!

Then we PARTY! We're already gettng ready for a week-long camping trip next month, whoo hooo!!
