We Are Alive! July 10th, 2023 Neighborhood Library
We have no need to go to the public library, besides our curated personal library at home, there is also a privately funded neighborhood library and reading area for us to enjoy.
We walk around the neighborhood to the reading spot on the corner.
It is very inviting and welcoming. The family that maintains this is very friendly and happy to see their nook being enjoyed from time-to-time.
It's a pleasant place to sit and read.
Our family reads a lot of books. Even our littlest one enjoys looking at books!
The reading nook enhances our walks. Not only do we get to enjoy the warm summer air, but also enjoy some good reading material!

I love neighborhood library boxes like that! I knew them when I used to live in Austin, Texas, and also here in Hawai'i, in Seaview, where I also lived for a short time. That family went the extra mile, however, even providing a comfortable spot to sit abs read too! I've loved books all my life, and at one point I had a massive library. Yay for books! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
That's an interesting idea, and somewhat unique too. While most of us are loosing the habit of reading physical books, this neighborhood library will somehow retain the habit among the surrounding people.

Having a neighbourhood Library is a good one as it will provide children and even adults closer option to read and research too.
