We Are Alive! December 24th, 2022 Sabbath
Today we spent the day indoors and enjoyed relaxing today. I played Settlers of Catan one-on-one with my oldest. We played to 7 points and she won!
We have two buggie birds that my oldest has been taking special care of. We discovered they like to eat their food while we're gathered at the diner table near by.
It was a peaceful day today. It is the sixth day of Dedication, so we lit the candles and sang songs.

What rule set do you use for 2 players Catan? Is it as fun?
I heard about Settlers of Catan multiple times, but probably I have not played it so far. I have not played board games in the recent past, but I remember playing them with my family in my childhood.
Have you tried feeding them on your arm by your hand? I often do this with my Harris's hawk. She loves it. I trained her to fly to my arm by calling her by whistling. The training took one or two months. Maybe your budgies would also love this. Somewhere I read that you can train budgies too to fly to your arm. So you can build a closer relationship with them too. Probably it is worth a try.
