Way to get rid of Unemployment Problem

Unemployment is one of the major problems in recent times. Especially developing countries are facing difficulties to handle the situation. And the problem of unemployment is increasing day by day. There exist several reasons behind the unemployment problem. The increasing population is one of the major reasons behind this.

Instead of increasing the population, there are some other reasons for it. By solving this problem I think a country can get rid of unemployment problems. I am stating the reason and solution of it one by one.

I think in developing countries the education system is mostly based on memorizing power. Who can memorize more to get more good results. Besides the practical knowledge in education is applied in a few cases only. As a result after completing graduation, they don't have any practical knowledge and skills. It makes a man highly dependent on job. In my opinion, the government can change the education system and make it more practice-based where students can learn more practical knowledge and skills.

Another important reason behind the unemployment problem is the thoughts of educated people. In the recent generation, most people think that a job is the only secure one and they always try to find a job rather than start a business, farming, etc. Most people think that business is a risky one and very few people dared to take the risk and it automatically creates more dependency on jobs as well as unemployment problems. If the younger generation comes out from this kind of mindset then it will automatically solve the unemployment problem within a short time.

The government can take some steps to solve this problem. The government can create more scope for people to work like making industries, mills, and factories. Another thing the government can do is provide funds as well as loans with no interest or low interest for starting a business. There are many people who have good ideas but they can't do anything because of lack of financial problems. Organizing contests to bring out creative business strategies and funding them for their business will inspire others to make others interested in business.

Updated technology is the reason for unemployment but at the same time, it came to us with huge opportunity to get rid of unemployment. By developing our skills we can earn a handsome amount by outsourcing and the young generation should take full advantage of it and I believe that it will help us greatly to get rid of the Unemployment problem.
