RE: Should There Be a Head?

I think a 50/50 strategy is not so effective. I don't care if the head is a woman or a man as long as the head can play his/her role well. I just feel the head needs to play a dominant role and it is normal that males play the role because naturally males are suitable for it but there are exceptions also.
