Dreams and my thoughts
Dreams are very common, and all of us can dream. When it comes to dreams, we think about two types. One kind of dream is one that we see with a conscious mind. It means our goal is also a dream for me. Again, another kind of dream is the result of our subconscious mind that we see when we fall asleep, and today I am going to say a little bit about it.
I have read some articles about dreams, and I was able to know that everyone has the power to dream, and all of us see dreams. I also read that even those people who can see dreams who have been blind since childhood, but their dreams must be different from normal people as they have never seen anything in their life. In another article, I also read that everyone dreams every night, but only 12% of people can remember about the dream the next morning. Today I can be among the 12% but tomorrow I may not be. I just can remember that I read it but I can't give any reference to the statement.
Let's talk about my experience with dreams. I am a normal human, and my experience is perhaps similar to others. To be honest, in rare cases, I dream in sleep. Based on scientific research, I dream, but in the morning I can't remember about it. I think when I have a good dream, everything goes smoothly, and it never interrupts my sleep, and naturally I can't remember it in the morning. Again, there are some bad dreams also. Bad dreams mean horrible, dangerous, and pathetic dreams. When I see a bad dream, fear comes naturally, and because of it, sometimes I wake up, and at that time I can remember the dream very well. Again, when I fall asleep, in the early morning I may remember the dream for a little time, but if I sleep for a long time, I barely remember it. I just can remember that in the nighttime I dreamed, but I can't remember what I dreamed of except remembering it was a good or bad dream.
I have done some experiments also several times. As I noticed that I forgot about dreams, I used to write some keywords in my notepad to remember the dream in the morning. This one works quite well for me, and it really makes me remember that I saw a dream, and the keyword helps to remind me about the dream topic. It was done for experimental purposes, and I dropped the idea because I think it wasn't necessary to remind. If I remember a dream for one day, I may forget about it the next day, and I think dream memories are temporary.
By the way, I also felt that in the case of feeling, there is no difference between dream and reality. I feel the same thing even in the dream, and the reaction is also similar to my real life. Several times after waking up because of a bad dream, I felt afraid, and it was hard to console myself even though my conscious mind was active and I knew it was a dream. It takes time to accept that I was dreaming in such a kind of situation.
