Foundation is the act of founding, fixing, establishing, or beginning to erect. Relationship is said to be the connection or association; the condition of being related. It's also a way in which two or more people behave and are involved with each other.

The whole duty of man are summarized into two which are:

• The Great Commandments
  Mark 12:30-31: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”

• The Great Commission: Commission is a body or group of people, officially tasked with carrying out a particular function.
  Matthew 28:18-20: Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
  It's impossible to fulfill the duties, the great commandment and the great commission without having a healthy relationship God and. The purpose of any creation lies with the creator.

God created man for four kind of relationships and there are

Relationship with God
Relationship with self
Relationship with others
Relationship with creation

But when sin came in, these four relationships was broken. After the creation by God, He announced the perfection of everything he created.

*Relationship with God: One of the essence of God stopping creation with plants, animals, trees and non living things was to place a man whom He'll be having communication with, relationship with God is the essential of man's creation. He would always have this sweet relationship with Adam.

Genesis 3:11: Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden. But the Lord God called to the man, “Where are you?” He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.”And he said, “Who told you that you were naked? • Relationship with self: The devil will first of all introduce low self esteem to a man in order to trample with the relationship with one self. People can reconcile with others but they find it difficult to reconcile with their selves.

Genesis 3:3-5: but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’ “You will not certainly die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.”

• Relationship with others: Having and internationally creating a cordial relationship with other people is what is known as the Great Commandment.
  Mark 12:31: The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”

The issue of relating with others started when sin came in then Adam and Eve started trading blames on each other rather than taking responsibility. You can't love yourself and be blaming yourself at the same time. Also, you can't love people and be blaming them for every mistake.
Genesis 3:12-13: The man said, “The woman you put here with me—she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it.” Then the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this you have done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”
It's characterized by excuses. Adam exposed Eve to a disaster and the Eve was the very first being that God pronounced punishment upon.

Relationship with creation: Man started exploration of creation creatures immediately sin came in, the leaves that was meant for for food and herbs for medicines was used as clothes.
Genesis 3:7: Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.

Ability to reconcile back to God in these four dimensions, brings about Boundless Fruitfulness. remember, the true mindset of God is for Man to be fruitful in all his work, multiply in what he does and replenish and subdue every others creatures.
