Becoming leader by learning

Leadership is the what everyone aimed to attained by failed to learn to become. Leadership in general sense is viewed as the capacity of someone to lead others.

But is it that easy to lead someone? One of the most difficult thing ever faced in human existence is leading for others to follow. Every human being is endowed with ego/pride which makes it quite difficult to lead and so every leader because of the humanity has this pride too, meaning there's some level of respect every leader is expecting from those leads.
What does it mean to lead? To lead simply means to guide or conduct, not just guide by conduct but by accompanying, meaning, going before other and showing example by influencing the attitude, behavior, and actions through directing with authority not authority but have precedence or preeminence as a leader. This called for a deliberate learning as a leader.
Who then is a leader? a leader is seen as any person that leads or directs other people, animals or things. A leader is seen as not seems to be a person. So to be seen as requires a lot prerequisites because, he is one who goes first, as having an authority to direct. No one or any follower would follow a leader who doesn't know what he meant to lead. This causes rebellion, faction and chaos while trying to Lead when not learning. How would a leader do when the prerequisites are unknown to him so, the acquired through learning leadership principles.

Principles for leadership

• Wider minded: this is the act of aiming wide, open to learning, having good listening ear and avoiding mediocrity. The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing, when the mind is closed, wisdom becomes impossible. Even Knowing is not qualified to be enough; until it is apply. Meaning that Wishing is not enough; until it is must practiced. The Truth is a wise man will always make more opportunities than he finds because his mindset widely to utilize every opportunity.

• Have an accurate vision: This is the ability to focus strictly on something. It is dealing with a specific goal at a specific not double minded, running from pillar to post. Vision help to abstain from distraction in the midst of obstacles. A lead with vision pushes his followers to become better for their own sake. Most important thing an leader must learn to be able to lead well self confidence and believe in themselves. Know this, it takes a conscious efforts to change the thought today for better and healthier tomorrow, so have a vision today. People with goals do not tent to succeed but they succeed because they know where they're going.

• Don't dwell past success: Even as good as past experience could be if one dwell in it, it has no room to create the needed capacity essential for today's business. The pass success should give new frontier to conquer. leadership is learning every day due ever changing discovery. If Success is not final, and failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Leadership is not a usual experience. The simple analogy of leadership is a little more persistence with a a little more effort, then what seemed hopeless failure may turn to glorious success through persistence learning.

• Love Challenges, it builds strength: a leader gather strength in Challenges, get excited by facing it, it's an opportunity to glide and emerged stronger and better than before. An archiver can never be afraid of Challenges because it relish him for profitability. Though many people go through some really rough times in life. But the successful ones ore those who stay strong, don't give up in the midst of Challenge rather stick through are the ones who always get the best out of anything and everything. This is truth of most the celebrated leaders.
