Maravilloso y bendecido inicio de semana, me alegra compartir nuevamente con ustedes, en esta oportunidad les traigo la receta de una deliciosa berenjenas salteadas con aceitunas negras ideal para acompañar con cualquier contorno y disfrutar en cualquier ocasión, las berenjenas nos aporta muchos nutrientes y con ella preparamos numerosas recetas aquí les dejo el paso a paso de esta sencilla y rápida receta.

  • 2 berenjenas
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 pimentón
  • 50 gramos de aceitunas negras
  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana
  • 1 cuchada de azúcar
  • 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • Sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 2 eggplants
  • 1 onion
  • 1 paprika
  • 50 grams of black olives
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Para preparar esta receta lo primero que haremos es lavar bien los vegetales que vamos a usar y cortamos en tiras la cebolla y pimentón y las berenjenas la picamos en cubos y la ponemos el agua con sal para eliminar el amargor reservamos; en un sartén colocamos un chorrito de aceite de oliva y ponemos la cebolla al marchitar le agregamos el pimentón salteamos por un par de minutos.

To prepare this recipe the first thing to do is to wash well the vegetables that we are going to use and cut into strips the onion and paprika and eggplants chop into cubes and put it in salted water to remove the bitterness reserve; in a pan put a drizzle of olive oil and put the onion to wilt and add the paprika sauté for a couple of minutes.

Luego le colocamos otro chorrito más de aceite y añadimos la berenjena mezclamos le ponemos sal y pimienta y cocinamos por 5 minutos.

Then add another splash of oil and add the eggplant, mix, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes.



Luego le añadimos dos cucharadas de vinagre y el azúcar, le colocamos las aceitunas cortadas en ruedas removemos y cocinamos por 5 minutos más ya listo retiramos del fuego.

Then add two tablespoons of vinegar and the sugar, add the olives cut into rounds, stir and cook for 5 minutes more and then remove from the heat.



Lista nuestro salteado de berenjena servimos acompañadas con el contorno de nuestra preferencia y disfrutamos de este delicioso plato.

Una delicia, en casa siempre tengo berenjenas. Tu receta me encanta y con aceitunas seguro queda muy rica. No acostumbro a comprar aceitunas negras, siempre compro verdes, pero las tendré presente. Saludos.

Las berenjenas son muy versátiles en la cocina combina con todo, yo también compraba las verdes, pero desde que probé las aceitunas negras me enganché con ellas son más carnosas y el sabor es más suave, saludos y gracias por visitar.
