Maravilloso y bendecido fin de semana, me alegra compartir una vez más con ustedes, en esta oportunidad les comparto la receta de unas panquecas, como tenía arroz en mi nevera que me quedó del día anterior aproveché para preparar estas fáciles y rápidas panquecas de arroz las cuales son ideales para desayunar, merendar o cenar y como son deliciosas a todos les va a gustar aquí les dejo el paso a paso de esta sencilla receta.

  • 1 taza de arroz cocido
  • 1 taza de leche
  • 1 huevo
  • 2 cucharadas de azúcar
  • 1 cucharada de margarina derretida
  • 3 cucharadas de harina de trigo
  • 1 cucharadita de vainilla
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon melted margarine
  • 3 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Para preparar estas panquecas lo que haremos primeramente es colocar en el vaso de la licuadora el arroz cocido, el huevo, la leche, el azúcar, la margarina y la vainilla.

To prepare these pancakes, first place the cooked rice, egg, milk, sugar, margarine and vanilla in the blender.

Tapamos y procedemos a licuar, por último le agregamos la harina de trigo y seguimos licuando por unos minutos más hasta que se integren bien los ingredientes vertemos en un bol y dejamos reposar por unos minutos.

Cover and proceed to blend, finally add the wheat flour and continue blending for a few more minutes until the ingredients are well integrated, pour into a bowl and let stand for a few minutes.



En un sartén preferiblemente de teflón ligeramente engrasado y caliente vamos colocando la mezcla, al hacer burbujas la voltearemos con la ayuda de una espátula y cocinamos por el otro lado hasta que dore y así seguimos hasta terminar con la mezcla.

In a frying pan, preferably Teflon, lightly greased and hot, we place the mixture, when it bubbles we will turn it over with the help of a spatula and cook on the other side until it browns and so on until the mixture is finished.



Ya listas las panquecas servimos caliente le podemos agregar las frutas de nuestra preferencia, miel, mermelada, margarina, sirop o queso y disfrutamos de esta deliciosas panquecas en el desayuno, merienda o cena.

Once the pancakes are ready, serve them hot, add the fruits of your preference, honey, jam, margarine, syrup or cheese and enjoy this delicious pancakes for breakfast, snack or dinner.
