Feliz y bendecido día tenga todos los adictos y amantes del café, me alegra compartir una vez más con ustedes, en esta oportunidad les traigo una receta de unos fáciles y deliciosos ponquecitos de café tipo moca que son ideales para merendar y esta realizado con nuestra bebida predilecta yo lo acompañe como buena adicta con una tacita de café.

  • 2 tazas de harina de trigo
  • 1 taza de azúcar
  • 1/2 taza de café preparado fuerte
  • 1/2 taza de leche
  • 2 huevos
  • 5 cucharadas de margarina
  • 2 cucharadas de cacao
  • 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
  • Canela al gusto

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

Lo primero que hice fue preparar un café fuerte lo dejé enfriar y uní el café con la leche, luego tamicé la harina con el polvo de hornear, la canela y el cacao y reservo.

En un bol coloque la margarina y el azúcar y batí con batidora eléctrica, si no tienen pueden batir manualmente con una espátula o cuchara de madera y batimos hasta que se integren bien el azúcar con la margarina, luego agrego los huevos uno a uno y sigo batiendo.

Agregamos parte de la harina con el café y vamos alternando harina y café con la ayuda de una espátula y con movimientos envolvente hasta que se integren bien los ingredientes y quedé una mezcla homogénea.

Add part of the flour with the coffee and alternate flour and coffee with the help of a spatula and with enveloping movements until the ingredients are well integrated and the mixture is homogeneous.



En una bandeja para ponquesitos colocamos los capacillos y llenamos a tres cuarta de la capacidad llevamos al horno previamente precalentado a 180°C por aproximadamente 20 minutos.

Place the muffin cups in a muffin pan and fill to three quarters of the capacity. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 20 minutes.


Ya listos los ponquesitos se sacan del horno y se dejan enfriar y si quieren lo pueden decorar a su gusto, y lo disfrutamos solos o con su bebida predilecta.

Once the ponquesitos are ready, take them out of the oven and let them cool and if you want you can decorate them as you like, and enjoy them alone or with your favorite beverage.
