Hello all, Sundays are my favorite day because it is a day off for everyone and people enjoy sitting outside and walking around. So I wanted to spend today with my girlfriend having breakfast outside and she loved the idea so we prepared breakfast at home and went to the park next to us. I love sitting at home but sitting outside, in the park and touching the earth is a different pleasure. Sometimes we forget to go outside because we are always inside the walls looking at the computer or phone screen.

We arrived at the park and managed to find ourselves a good camellia. We were lucky to sit in the only camellia with shade because other people were overwhelmed by the sun and they all had their eyes on where we were sitting. I wish they hadn't drawn things all over the bench where we were sitting. I don't know why they damage public property so much. Anyway, here's what we had with us for breakfast, our tea thermos, our bag for breakfast and my girlfriend's handbag 😅


Here is our happy family picture, we don't like to eat too much for breakfast because we can get a stomach ache. Actually we were going out for breakfast on Saturday but my girlfriend had a stomach ache so we decided to postpone it for a day. We had fried potatoes, peppers and eggplants, cucumbers and tomatoes, olives and cheese. Tea is also a staple of Turkish breakfasts. If you come to Turkey, you are unlikely to see a breakfast without tea. After breakfast we took two bananas to eat.

While we were having breakfast, we talked about my future plans in Hive and when he would come back. I try to motivate my girlfriend as much as I can, I hope she will come back to Hive soon. The birds also joined our conversation. I saw that this park was clean only last week and they are already dirty. I don't understand why some people litter, when there are plenty of trash bins all over the park. I wouldn't want my bird photos to be full of this kind of garbage. After breakfast I picked up some of the garbage on the ground with a napkin and put it in the trash bin.

After breakfast I persuaded my girlfriend to play table tennis. People here don't know, but I am quite good at table tennis. I was on the school team, but I don't have many photos from that time. Anyway, we played table tennis for about 20 minutes. My girlfriend had never played table tennis before so I taught her. Table tennis is a very fun sport for me. It makes me sad that it is not popular in Turkey or in the world.


Then we decided to have ice cream and go for a walk as it was very hot. I preferred blackberry and my girlfriend preferred classic.

I love this view of the Euphrates river, it is beautiful in the daytime and in the evening. My phone doesn't take good photos at night but it does a great job during the day. The clouds make the photo more beautiful.


And here is the photo you have been waiting for @livinguktaiwan. I know, I know, I know, inside you are saying what the hell, what I was expecting was much better, but there was no one to take the photo and I took it myself. I hope the shadows are clear enough. I promise if I take a better one I will share it as well 😂.


As you can see, we are not the only ones enjoying this beautiful weather. Everyone is picnicking in the park, drinking tea and chatting. I like to see happy people out there because I don't see many happy people these days because of the upcoming election.

Hepinize merhaba, pazar günleri benim en sevdiğim gün çünkü herkes için tatil günü ve insanlar dışarıda oturmaktan gezmekten dolaşmaktan keyif alıyor. Ben de kız arkadaşımla birlikte bugünü dışarıda kahvaltı yaparak geçirmek istedim. O da bu fikri çok sevdi ve evde kahvaltımızı hazırlayıp yanımızdaki parka gittik. Evde oturmayı seviyorum ama dışarıda, parkta oturmanın ve toprağa dokunmanın zevki daha başka. Dört duvarın arasında sürekli bilgisayar ya da telefon ekranına bakmaktan bazen dışarı çıkmayı unutuyoruz.

Parka geldik ve kendimize iyi bir kamelya bulmayı başardık. Gölge olan tek kamelyaya oturmak büyük bir şans çünkü diğer insanlar güneşten bunaldı ve hepsinin gözü bizim oturduğumuz yerdeydi. Keşke oturduğumuz bankın her yerine bir şeyler çizmeselerdi. Kamu mallarına neden bu kadar zarar veriyorlar bilmiyorum. Her neyse, işte kahvaltı için yanımızdaki şeyler, çay termosumuz, kahvaltılık için çantamız ve kız arkadaşımın çantası 😅


İşte mutlu aile tablomuz, kahvaltıda çok fazla şey yemeyi sevmiyoruz çünkü karnımız ağrıyabiliyor. Aslında cumartesi günü kahvaltı yapmaya çıkacaktık ama kız arkadaşımın karnı ağrıyordu bu yüzden bir gün erteleme kararı aldık. Patates, biber ve patlıcan kızartması, salatalık ve domates, zeytin ve peynir yedik. Çay da türk kahvaltılarının vazgeçilmezidir. Türkiye'ye gelirseniz çayın olmadığı bir kahvaltı görme ihtimaliniz çok düşük. Kahvaltıdan sonra yemek için de iki tane muz aldık.

Biz kahvaltı yaparken, Hive'da gelecek planlarımdan bahsettik, onun ne zaman geri döneceğinden konuştuk. Elimden geldiğince kız arkadaşımı motive etmeye çalışıyorum, umarım yakında Hive'a geri döner. Kuşlar da sohbetimize dahil oldu. Bu parkın daha geçen hafta temiz olduğunu görmüştüm ve şimdiden kirletmişler. Bazı insanların neden çevreyi kirlettiğini anlamıyorum. Oysaki parkın her yerinde bir sürü çöp kutusu var. Kuş fotoğraflarımın bu tarz çöplerle dolu olmasını istemezdim. Kahvaltıdan sonra yerdeki çöplerden bazılarını peçeteyle topladım ve çöp kutusuna attım.

Kahvaltıdan sonra kız arkadaşımı masa tenisi oynamaya ikna ettim. Buradaki insanlar bilmese de masa tenisi konusunda oldukça iyiyim. Okul takımındaydım ama o zamanlara ait çok fazla fotoğrafım yok. Sahip olduğum fotoğraflarda da çok çirkin çıktım. Her neyse yaklaşık 20 dakika masa tenisi oynadık. Kız arkadaşım daha önce hiç masa tenisi oynamadığı için ona öğrettim. Masa tenisi bana göre çok eğlenceli bir spor. Türkiye'de ya da dünyada hiç popüler olmaması beni üzüyor.


Sonra hava çok sıcak olduğu için dondurma yemeye ve biraz yürüyüş yapmaya karar verdik. Ben karadutlu tercih ettim kız arkadaşım ise klasik.

Fırat nehrinin bu görüntüsüne bayılıyorum. Gündüzleri ayrı, akşamları ayrı güzel. Telefonum geceleri iyi fotoğraflar çekemese de gündüzleri çok iyi iş çıkarıyor. Bulutlar fotoğrafı daha güzel gösteriyor.


Ve işte beklediğin fotoğraf @livinguktaiwan. Biliyorum, biliyorum, içinden bu da ne, benim beklediğim şey çok daha güzeldi diyorsun ama fotoğrafı çekecek biri yoktu ve kendim çektim. Gölgeler yeterince belli oluyordur umarım. Söz veriyorum eğer daha iyi bir tane çekersem onu da paylaşacağım 😂.


Gördüğünüz gibi bu güzel havanın tadını çıkaran sadece biz değiliz. Herkes parkta piknik yapıyor, çay içiyor ve sohbet ediyor. Dışarıda mutlu insanları görmeyi seviyorum çünkü bu aralar yaklaşan seçimden dolayı pek mutlu insan gördüğümü söyleyemem.
